Nani K Totkay: Nourishing Yogurt & Vitamin E Mask


2 tbsp. plain, full-fat yoghurt

1 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. cooked oatmeal

Place 2 tbsp. of plain yogurt in a small mixing bowl. Use full-fat yogurt, as the fat in the yogurt will hydrate and moisturize the skin.

Stir in 1 tbsp. honey and 2 tbsp. cooked oatmeal and the contents of 1 vitamin E capsule. Allow the oatmeal to cool before adding it to the facial mixture.

Wash your face with warm water, and then remove the excess water from your skin with a soft towel. Smooth the hydrating facial mask on your damp skin and allow it to remain for 15 to 20 minutes.Rinse your face, and then pat your skin dry. Finish by applying your favorite moisturizer.
