Benefit’s Newest: Rockateur Box O’ Powder

Benefit’s newest Box o Powder: Rockateur such a pretty pretty rose gold. At first glance the blush looks deceiving because it looks shimmery but when you use its actual very natural. There is a sparkly top layer that can be brushed off after one use. The texture is soft and velvety almost like a creamy powder. The color payoff is exactly as it looks in the box and is build-able so you can apply a small amount for a soft day look or build it up for more intensity. I found it worked great when being buffed into the skin since the powder is so fine it sits very closely giving a beautiful wash of color. I especially loved how it looked when I applied my all time favorite highlighter: Watts Up! On my cheekbones and dusted the Rockateur on top. Great color can work on light to medium skin tones.

A great blush (don’t get turned off when you look at it, its not at all frosty! It’s actually quite matte) the color is very pretty and perfect for day or evening. I like how its a warm toned blush which would work great with asian and arab skintones. I also like the way it smells :).
