Nani K Totkay: Glowing Skin

Totkay: Glowing Skin

2 Tablespoons Orange/Lemon/Lime Peels

Ground Wheat Bran or Oats

1/2 Teaspoon Honey

Full Fat Milk

Do not throw away orange, lemon or lime peels.  Dry them out thoroughly until they are brittle.  While drying them, keep them away from sunlight.  Once dry grind them in a mixer until they become a powder and keep in a airtight jar.  Take 2 tablespoons of the dried peeled powder, 2 tablespoons of ground wheat bran or oats and add to 1/2 teaspoon honey and a little full fat milk to make a thick paste.

Rub this mixture all over your face, neck, arms, body and legs.  As it dries remove in a rough circular motion as you go along.  This will exfoliate dead skin.  Then bathe normally.   Its a wonderful scrub that literally leaves the skin glowing.  Used a lot for new brides preparing for their wedding.
