Every girl loves neutrals and corals!  Bobbi Brown’s Nectar and Nude Collection is an absolutely beautiful collection!

This collection is a gorgeous range from bronze to peachy pink, with some pops of orangey pink in there too and touches of gold. All combined it promises to give you a golden peachy glow. With an eyeshadow palette with six shades including shimmer and matte. Two nail colours – a cream and a glitter. Three lip glosses, two creams and one shimmer. A peachy shimmer brick and a cream blush that will deliver a properly orange-pink pop of colour to cheeks and lips.

Apricot Shimmer Brick Compact

For me this was the highlight of the collection, absolutely gorgeous.  Shimmer Bricks are each handmade in Italy for the finest quality and high shine!  Gives a stunning peach glow to the cheeks.  I find it really difficult to find good peach blushes and highlighters so I was really happy to have gotten this one.  Its a must have.

Hibiscus Pot Rouge for Lips & Cheeks

Cream blush and lip pots are quite the trend this season.  I love cream blush, it really lasts longer then powder blush but you need to put a bit of powder on top to set it in. I find cream blush comes on better when applied with a buff brush.  The Hibiscus Pot Rouge is very natural – in line with the Bobbi Brown brand – and tho it looks a bit deeper in color it comes on soft and peachy.  I loved it paired with the Apricot Shimmer Brick.

Nectar & Nude Eye Palette

The Nectar & Nude Eye Palette is stunning – its a beautiful range of matte and shimmery eye shadows.  The colors are very in season from Pale Cream, Soft Buff, Golden Bronze, Pink Bellini, Earth and Rich Cavier.  I wanted to swatch them for you but they are really light, so wasn’t really showing up on my arm.  I think these shadows are a natural enough for everyday and will never really look too bold or strong.  The colors look amazing with a great warm base, so dust some bronzer on your cheeks if you haven’t got some summer tan on your skin.

Nude Pink Lipgloss

For summer I’m really getting away from my typical matte lipsticks and moving into light glosses – as usual these two lip glosses are amazing in texture, color and application (Bobbi Brown lip glosses are always fab).  The Nude pink is a gorgeous natural pink kinda like the natural color of pink lips.  The Bare Peach is a high shimmer gloss so mainly a peachy shine with some sparkle.  Really liked them both.

Nectar and Bare Peach Nail Polishes

Just like the lip glosses, Bobbi Brown nail lacquers are always excellent.  These two polishes are gorgeous for summer, the Nectar is a just like the name suggests a matte apricot – loveeed the color for summer its so gorgeous and the bare peach is a soft gold/peach sparkle which you can wear bare or on top of the apricot.  Pretty pretty!
