The idea is to keep the body in motion and introduce it to the habit of getting out of your comfort zone frequently so that it can learn to adapt to the temperature change and variations in weather. Adults in the age group of 18-60 need at least 150 minutes of exercise in a  week.

 5.     Keeping an eye on the weight scale:

It is always a good idea to regularly check your weight and keep it under control. Make sure your weight falls in range with your Body-Mass-Index (B.M.I). Sudden variations in weight are invitations to illnesses.

6.     Relax and say goodbye to stress :

When anxious or in stress the body produces high quantities of a hormone called cortisone which disrupts with the normal functioning of the body and results in lower Immunity, low blood pressure, fatigue, weight gain, cholesterol and heart diseases.

Some fruits, vegetables and nuts have high amounts of antioxidants like apricots, blue berries, broccoli, corn, carrots, spinach, strawberries, bell peppers nuts, beans oysters and red meat.
