Beauty Regrets: Getting that Hair Back on Your Head!

By

Does it feel like it’s autumn around your head? But unlike the transitioning seasons, the hair fall seems to exist throughout the year. There’s many reasons behind hair fall, but also unlike the seasons of the year, there’s remedies that you can use to reduce and prevent it. Natural and simple steps to prevent hair fall are as close, as the kitchen near you.

Castor Oil

A very thick and effective fluid. Simply massage a thin layer of castor oil throughout your scalp. A lot of people think applying oil to their hair and not scalp does the trick but that’s not true. It’s more important to apply to the roots than the hair. I prefer leaving it on through the night and washing my hair the next day. Let’s face it, back in the day people did that and they had excellent hair texture and quality. But be sure to wash your hair thoroughly to get rid of excess oil, you don’t want your colleagues and family running for the door when they see you, or well… smell you.

Aloe Vera

I swear by aloe vera; it’s one of the most organic and widely available ingredients in home remedies. Yes, it prevents hair loss too. All you have to do is take a leaf and remove the the thick serum inside, and blend it well in a blender. Once it becomes a thick paste apply to your scalp and leave it on for 45 minutes. Wash away, and do this religiously, twice a week. It will take some time but aloe vera not only prevents hair loss, it also helps in growth of new hair.
