Try out this healthy detox/weight loss drink to speed up your metabolism this summer!
Ingredients
– 2/3 cup boiling water
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1 tablespoon sliced ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– Juice from 1/2 lemon (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
Directions
All you have to do is mix the ingredients together and microwave for about 30 seconds. Wait for it to cool to a comfortable temperature and drink!
