When done properly, the plank can improve your posture and make you stronger overall. In addition to regular planks, you can try rocking planks, side planks, single arm planks, and side plank crunches.

This exercise will get you rid of love handles and help you build a killer core. For best results, use a medicine ball. If you don’t have one, choose a regular ball. Sit on your knees, holding the ball in your hands. Quickly twist to your right and set the ball down behind your back. Do the same on your left side. That’s one repetition. Perform 10 to 15 reps.

Air Bike Crunches

Considered one of the most effective ab exercises out there, the air bike crunch hits all core muscles. The best part is that anyone can do it! To get started, lye on your back with the hands behind your head. Lift your shoulder blades off the ground while bringing your thighs in at 90 degrees to your hip. Your right shoulder should touch your left knee. Return to the starting position and repeat on the pother side. Do as many reps as you can.

There are plenty of other core exercises, such as the scissor kicks, the oblique crunch, the mountain climber, and V-ups. These simple moves can transform your body and help you get fantastic abs.
